In all fairness, Rodge,
the SDM (Single-Digit Media©) do provide the Dems' daily talking points, so they just naturally react badly when an American threatens one of their cultural heroes.
That being said, and to answer your next question:
yes, they should all be exiled to North Korea;
but they should be made to walk there.
(What? Oh, oookaaay, they can use kayaks across the Bearing Strait.)
