Keeping your chin elevated when being photographed only works when there isn't a collection of excessive skin that has collected over a period of 70 years. No amount of head raising will make that crap nice and taut!

Did anybody else see that his interpreter for his UN diatribe was supplied by Mooamar and that the guy collapsed about halfway thru saying I cannot take this in Arabic. The head interpreter had to take over...wonder if that guy will survive the weekend?
