Sgt. Chris Rudzinski, RIP

For the Rudzinski Family

Last night SondraK received a call from a  GMA producer wanting permission to use the photo of Chris Rudzinski his dad sent while announcing his death in Afghanistan.  A segment on Chris, whom GMA had been with just a while ago, was scheduled for this morning. With that heads-up I had the TIVO set.  Here is that GMA segment.

Those new rules of engagement are bullshit, and have gotten too many of our troops killed. They've also made us miss countless opportunities, including killing bin-Laden when we had him in our sights.

I firmly and completely believe that the only 'rule of engagement' that should be in effect for our troops is 'kill as many of the enemy as you possibly can' and if civilians suffer , because they are harboring the enemy, then THEY are the enemy as well, and should pay the consequences as well.

I agree JMcD. I'd add only add "foreign AND domestic" enemies.

I agree totally. The more quickly and efficiently we kill the bad guys the better. It is the only way to conduct war. War should never be half assed or limited.
Why are we are letting these SOB's take the first shot? It is far better to be on the offencive than waiting to be shot at. When our troops loose the initiative they are on the defencive and the enemy controls the situation. (Very bad news)
BTW: I do not believe that there is such a thing as innocent casualties in war. Wars are fought against societies as the ultimate expression of political will. The civilian population that harbors, enables or turns the blind eye to the bad guys is part of the society we are at war with and just as responsible as the fighter with the RPG in hand.

Ending the fight quickly and decisively saves lives. I know this is counter intuitive thinking to the Libatards but true just the same.

A cop has to wait to use deadly force, a solder shouldn't. That decision has already been made for the solder when we went to war!
(sorry I got a bit fired up and ranted but the vid personalized things a bit)
God Bless all who knew Chris and his family.

It's worse than you think.A friend of mine has a son,a Marine Recon. He says that when the enemy is charging you , you have to shoot a red flair. Then when they get to with in one hundred yards you shoot a green flair, the signal to engage the enemy. If I hadn't heard this first hand, I wouldn't believe it.

WTF!? OUTRAGE!

Whatever idiots came up with and enforce those rules should be out on the front line with the troops. Correction, that should be out on the front lines in front of the troops.

It's either that, or just pull out all the troops out of harms way.

Those rules are just criminal.
