OK-LAHOMA!

An update from Oklahoma

  • Oklahoma law passed, 37 to 9, had a few liberals in the mix, an amendment to place the Ten Commandments on the front entrance to the state capitol.  Hey this is a conservative state, based on Christian values...!    The feds in D.C., along with the ACLU, said it would be a mistake.  HB 1330

Guess what.......... Oklahoma did it anyway.

  • Oklahoma recently passed a law in the state to incarcerate all illegal immigrants, and ship them back to where they came from unless they want to get a green card and become an American citizen.  They all scattered.  HB 1804.  Hope we didn't send any of them to your state.  This was against the advice of the Federal Government, and the ACLU, they said  it would be a mistake.

Guess what........... Oklahoma did it anyway.

  • Recently we passed a law to include DNA samples from any and all illegals to the Oklahoma database, for criminal investigative purposes.  Pelosi said it was unconstitutional.   SB 1102

Guess what........ Oklahoma   did it anyway.

  • Several weeks ago, we passed a law, declaring Oklahoma as a Sovereign state, not under the Federal Government directives.  Joining  Texas, Montana and Utah as the only states to do so.  More states are likely to follow:  Louisiana, Alabama, Georgia, the Carolina's, Tennessee, Kentucky, Missouri, Arkansas, West Virginia, Mississippi, Florida.  Save your confederate money, it appears the South is about to rise up once again.  HCR 1928 Liberals didn't like it --  But ...
Guess what........... Oklahoma did it anyway.

  • The federal Government has made bold steps to take away our guns.  Oklahoma, a week ago, passed a law confirming people in this state have the right to bear arms and transport them in their vehicles.  I'm sure that was a set back for the criminals (and Obamaites).  Liberals didn't like it --  But ...
Guess what........... Oklahoma did it anyway.

Obama does not like any of this.  Guess what....who cares... Oklahoma is doing it anyway. Flip this Captain Zero

I think Glenn Beck was right some time back when he said the force that will stop this madness is the states. It's greatly heartening to hear many whole states saying publicly that they are being pushed too far. I notice the MSM has been ignoring it. One of these Obaminations is going to get rammed through and it will be the last straw. When 5, 8, 12 states say "that's unconstitutional and we will not comply" the excrement will hit the air circulator. Bring it on.

I can only assume that you have each taken a hostage demanding Jim Inhofe be made King of America until we can properly elect him for life. I know I keep harping on this. Oh, and lets not have any more silly talk about Texas being a red state, It's run by Californians now.

Fort Sumter has been moved to OKC. Just wait till we get rid of our Barrack loving governor. If any of you would like to be a hostage here at the farm it is still bow season.

Damn Straight, you should be jealous of our representation. I have James Inhofe and Dr. Tom Coburn. Don't the rest of you feel any shame?

I haven't checked all of these but some of the statements are not true.

HJR 1003 (independence) was vetoed by the governor but subsequently replaced by HCR 1928 which reasserts Oklahoma's sovereignty under the the Tenth Amendment.

Thanks Anon. I made the change on spec.

This was an e-mail sent to me, and while I can't vouch for every detail, it does conform in spirit with what I know to be the Okie sense of independence compared to, say, Marylanders, with whom even a discussion of such affirmations of freedom would cause mass swoonings, faintings, and general hysteria. Which is why our state's congressional delegation is rife with Obamunist lick-spittles.

As a Florida native, I remember when Florida was a southern state. I am currently represented in congress by Corine Brown, Bill Nelson, someone appointed by the shallow one, Charlie Crist, and perhaps in the future Crist himself. I'm voting for Marco Rubio! (At least this year Corine won't have to "gradulate the gator" on the floor of the US house)

Cmblake, you should come check out your kin in Miami (pronounced Miama) Ok. It is not so much a reservation as just a wonderful town on one of the best lakes in the U.S. The lake is Grand Lake of the Cherokees and it is fantastic. It's 1.5 hrs northeast of Tulsa in the Ozark foothills. The chain of clear water lakes run all the way south to the Texas border. Life on that reservation is pretty damn good. My Dad had a marina there for years. It was heaven. Even if you ain't related, you'll feel like ya are.
