Back in November 2002, we visited in-laws who work for the State Department. We were there for the elections where Republicans made even greater gains in the house and senate, and the mood in Washington was pretty grim.
During a tour of the National Cathedral, the guide made a comment bemoaning the fact that the Clinton administration had ended saying "When President Clinton and Vice President Gore left, we didn't just lose two great leaders, we lost a brain-trust."
Instinctively, I burst out laughing. The shocked look on everyone's face was priceless. But then without thinking, I added insult to injury by apologizing, saying "I'm sorry. You were serious?
The tension was palpable for the rest of the tour. - 1/7/10, 9:39 AM

THAT is exactly how we need to respond to the moronic idol worshipers on the LEFT with laughter & derision. They need to be treated with the scorn reserved for misguided & self delusional idiots that they are. Same for RINOS.
OH and another thing, if I hear another Leftist spout off about "the educated class" I'm gonna puke.
I'm a high school drop out that has had half a dozen employees with degrees working for him.
Schooling is NOT education. - 1/7/10, 10:08 AM
