Uhbama, you lie.
How do you know?
Your head is swiveling to read TOTUS.

Right now, without any action by the Fed Gov, I understand that states can allow competition or not, simply by their insurance commissions approving an insurance company to do business in the state, which includes regulating coverage and setting rate and payment limits. Whether they actually do or not hasn't a damn thing to do with the turd that Uhbama & Co. wants to leave in our punchbowl.
