Unbelievable! Trooper had more self control than I would have. Hard to say, but I think if the guy hit my clipboard like that, I'd have to pepper spray him and cuff him.

Tailgunner, in this decade the officer probably would have, But since this was filmed in 1992.... he "contained" his laughter. :D Seemed like a good cop, alright.

Studied this one at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center a few years back. Trooper was a total asshole with a lot of complaints. He doctored this tape up to show how nice and polite he was, when in fact he turned the camera on and off and edited out him being a complete asshole and goading the guy into a rage.
