Too Long; Didn't read version:
The machine at the IP address in your network's DNS setting looks at the last word and suffix in the URL:
( "blogspot.com" for this particular blog ),
and tells your PVC what the real address is:
( 72.14.213.191 for this blog ).
The google-owned server at 72.14.213.191 then uses the rest of the URL to figure out what page to give your browser. - 3/1/10, 2:05 PM
