So I was thinking... the purpose of the Census is to apportion representatives to the several States, right? What happens if millions of people just throw their census forms in the trash and refuse to answer? Bingo. "fewer" people = fewer worthless (so-called) Representatives and it's probably easier/faster/cheaper than voting the bastids out.

I now have a new respect for bums and hobos, at least they're self reliant and independent, unlike the money suckers that feed on and live off government entitlement programs.

We'd have same number of reps, just fewer 'subjects'per rep.
I believe the original intent was to have one rep per 30K people, and number was frozen by law at 435 reps in early 1900's. Each rep now represses....um... represents about 600K people.
Any action that tells the elitist bastages in DC that they work for The People appeals to me though.

The problem is that the areas with more population, measured by the census, get more reps. If Communists are more likely to respond to the census, then their states will have even more influence in the House.
