Somewhere today and I forget where, there was a link to "breast implants to be used to explode and bring down planes". This would be due to rapid pressure changes, the same ones that cause your ears to pop.

Also, implants have been known to freeze in very low temperatures, such as in Hildebeest's bedroom, thus giving rise to "Colder than a witch's titty".
