Goldman Sachs is a corporation,a legal fiction. Any "fraud" it commits is also a legal fiction. I have no doubt that a massive fraud was committed, but it was committed by individuals. The idea that it was all orchestrated by one 27 year olod loudmouth is ludicrous. I smell a political cover up here. You are correct Goldman Sachs was the government. Maybe that's why the SEC wants to hang all this on the designated fall guy. Where,by the way, is the DOJ?
