One of the biggest reasons these illegals are whining and bitching about Arizona's new law is that they will eventually, hopefully sooner that later, have to leave the state. The Federal government has none nothing to stop the influx of illegals, since before BJ Bill was president. And they damn sure have not since we have been saddled with The Komrade Peter Principle President. That this incompetent apprentice president said that Arizona's law is "misguided" and irresponsible" shows him to be a firm advocate for the illegals.

Where are Madame Defarge and Robespierre when we need them?

Just so everyone is clear...

The new law that Gov. Brewer signed does NOTHING to change existing (illegal) immigration law.
All it does is allows LOCAL law enforcement to enforce existing Federal (illegal) immigration law.

Prior to this, if local LEO suspected someone of being an illegal, they would need to have a Federal ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) agent arrive on-scene to arrest and potentially charge the suspect.
No Feds? Local guys have to turn 'em loose.
Feds don't have detention facilities? THEY have to turn 'em loose!

By making "illegal immigration" a crime against STATE law, local LEOs can now arrest, detain, and charge these individuals in accordance with Federal law.

This is why it's so hilarious when they claim the new "law" is un-Constitutional.

G Gordon Liddy told a story about Scottsdale Az. installing a speed camera one day . When the sun came up the next morning it looked like swiss cheese from all of the bullet holes ! The town did not even bother to replace it ! God Bless Arizona ! smibsid : )

At some point, probably sooner than later, the feds in AZ will refuse to accept and process the flood of illegals from the state and local authorities. At a very reasonable rate, I'm prepared to securely transport these folks to San Fran, one way.

I've noticed the media keep leaving "illegal" part out of "illegal immigration law". Makes it more controversial, I guess.

Idaho has started doing this already ... counties in Idaho have been suing employers using RICO statutes.

And a a bunch of bills that were killed in committee by big business Republicans in Idaho have been yanked back off the table.

The RINOs are starting to get scared of us.
