That was a criminal assault. He should be charged and proscuted. And he should be immediately impeached. Even if the college student does not wish to press charges, the congressman should STILL be impeached for that type of conduct.

The student has every reason and right to file a police report and have this congressman charged with assault. Maybe a few of his more enterprising constituents might stage a “fake kidnapping” and rough the congressman up a bit – you know what I mean – give the man a taste of his own medicine. Just as an intellectual exercise, consider what would happen if any of us unwashed masses assaulted any member of congress, our imposter potus, Scotus or any federal agent or employee the same way.

Do you think for one flaming second that we would be able to say "Oh, I had a bad day, sorry bout that" and get a free pass???

That is not to say that morally they must finish the job - but not legally. Even obimbo has had to admit that fact. He cannot legally make them do jack shit. Of course that does not mean he cannot (and will not) coerce, intimidate and do any other nasty thing to make them do his bidding. I grow to hate that man (not really) more and more every day. Impeach him! There, that is the dhimmie way right???
