Well, well, well. Is this it? I've felt all along that once Obama became a liability, and he certainly is that now to government leftists, his controllers would have him "removed." Let's see how this plays out, but where was Mr. Adams for the past 18 months? Why now? Unless Obama can produce a long form certificate (that can withstand scrutiny), this accusation could be seen by some (always wanted to say that) as his political execution.

But to what end? Every law signed by Obama would (should) be vacated. Everyone in the government who knew is guilty of conspiring to overthrown the government by coup. Click Click.

A sitting pres can only be removed by impeachment. The SCOTUS made it quite clear what they thought when they refused to allow any suits to go forward.

If he ain't impeached, then red states need to severely tighten up requirements for presidential candidates in those states.

And since there is no case law dealing with the wetback situation, how could the court rule on anything? It would be a great mess, but one that would see Obama removed no later than January 2013, along with damned near the entire Democrat party. IMO.; 6/20/10, 11:21 PM

If not and he were found to actually be Robert Mugabe after a bunch of plastic surgery, would any court allow him to finish his term? Suppose he were a very sophisticated robot (a more likely possiblilty than Mugabe)run by the Blderbergers? Would that stand? Hell no. How do you impeach a robot?
If he broke the law, the Constitution most specifically,and committed fraud to get elected, then his whole ticket is out. Who was in second place? McCain/Palin.
I understand courts' reluctance to open the can of worms, but that's why they're judges. Nobody promised them pat cases. I never did figure out the "lack of standing" excuse. It would seem anybody in the defrauded electorate would have standing by being a registerd voter and having voted in that election.

The fact that he is/was probably not eligible to hold the office only begs the question: Since when has any member of the power elite inside the Beltway given a Continental Damn about the Constitution?

The military lawsuits are all being quietly derailed by giving up and ostracizing the plaintiffs.

I'd like to see ICE put the man in a perpsuit and on a plane to Indonesia ... but it ain't gonna happen.

( Our judiciary needs an enema badly. I suggest having a solid Republican majority stack the SCOTUS with 10 new Tea Party justices ( the constitution is completely silent on the number of justices on the court ), and then start the mass purges.

Abolish the circuit court and appeals district system, and create a new single appellate court for the entire US. Staff it with judges with decent records from the old appeals courts.

When the judges sue, the new stacked SCOTUS will laugh at them. Then the unemployed judges can go push brooms for a living.); 6/21/10, 12:57 PM
