Steve Schmidt is an ass!
I like the term Vichy Republicans a lot.
Are you implying that we should barbecue Republican consultants and other hacks who led the party to irrelavance?
Surely not.
Who would think of such a thing?
What would that taste like?
What bothers me a lot is the fact that Republican candidates (e.g. Tim Pawlenty, if I recall correctly) go back to the same tired old retread consultants/hacks and seek better results than they have historically garnered.
And who would want Schmitt for anything?
These guys (like Schmitt) remind me too much of Mitch McConnell, Charles Grassley, Lamar Alexander, Bob Corker and pretty much most of the existing GOP Senators.
I am tired of seeing them barter away pieces of the Consitution and my values.
It's time to put their Senate pensions into service.
Wont be Huck. Wont be Palin. Won't be Gingrich. Wont be Paul (snort). You know this. If it's any of them it will be 4 more years of 'Bama.
Steve Schmitt? Yeah he's the guy I'm going to give credence to.
Like they say, it's a fluid situation but right now I love Christie-Frank said he's like Reagan ate Limbaugh. If he ran, it would prove, hopefully forever, that when we run a solid conservative, we always win.
I'm with Josh on his "it won't bes" too.

Hey guys, don't limit your thinking on this. Recall the new standards. It is not necessary the candidate be an American (at least the candidate needn't be able to prove it), have any executive, business, or managerial experience, show his medical, school or passport records, or even be able to speak extemporaneously. Hell, he/she/it can be a complete robotic moron so long as he/she/it can read a teleprompter. Just pick someone who likes this country please. I'll vote for that person.
I'm convinced that Sarah would win, and win big. This is not the same deer Katie Couric caught in her headlights - on her first very first campaign interview. Sarah has qualities this nation needs desperately; to wit:
1. She's the antithesis of every Republican presidential nominee since 1980.
2 She has star power that matches Obama's
3 She has integrity that no Democrat nominee, I don't care who it is, will come close to duplicating, and it comes through.
4. Sarah has so far championed 12 Republican nominees, most of them unknown Tea Party types - like Tim Scott and Nikki Haley who won in South Carolina yesterday, against establishment opponents. That makes her 9-3. So what? So plenty. Sarah's endorsement has weight, and that means she's respected, despite what you-know-who would have you believe.
There's a reason the media are still going after her 24/7. They're scared to death of her. Yes, scared to death about how she'd perform as president. That would be 180° from Barry. Now, all the other have their supporters, but none with the enthusiasm and energy of Palin's. My opinion.
That she can rattle pots and pans while directing negotiations with multi-national corporations is frightening to the Left. The common sense and common roots of Truman, with the logic and leadership of Reagan. She is unafraid of American Exceptionalism, that the United States must lead. 'Cause you either lead or you follow, right?

I think the Repubs should nominate Barry before the dems have a chance at him. Then when we get beat we will at least know why.

What say we invite the denizens of the local mosque over for beer and barbeque?
Ya know, just to be neighborly...
Inviting Islamos to a BBQ would end up looking like THIS
