Liar Liar Click Click Bam!

Obama Crapcare Crap
Restructuring a lie.  NowDems are forced to admit that Obamacare is one huge  tax in order to pass constitutional hurdles.

Boned Jello

WASHINGTON — When Congress required most Americans to obtain health insurance or pay a penalty, Democrats denied that they were creating a new tax. But in court, the Obama administration and its allies now defend the requirement as an exercise of the government’s “power to lay and collect taxes.”

And that power, they say, is even more sweeping than the federal power to regulate interstate commerce.

Administration officials say the tax argument is a linchpin of their legal case in defense of the health care overhaul and its individual mandate, now being challenged in court by more than 20 states and several private organizations.  Changing Stance, Administration Now Defends Insurance Mandate as a Tax

I know we've had this civilizing  progress and stuff, but weren't we way better-off  when, if someone tried to cheat at the poker table. you just shot him? Damn straight we were.

It's deja vue all over again.

This is the same argument by Uncle Sam for Social Security when Roosevelt was selling the country down the river. Congress does have the power to tax and it's the only way it can pass the Constitutional smell test.

The big difference this time is the information age. The back door dealings and liars are exposed. May history show what CSMF pieces of puke **** they are.

Perjury is an impeachable offense, right?
So is conspiracy to commit perjury, I expect.

Here's a quiz that tells what kind of a conservative you are. Me?

You are an Anti-government Gunslinger, also known as a libertarian conservative or Tea Partier. You believe in smaller government, states’ rights, gun rights, and that, as Reagan once said, "The nine most terrifying words in the English language are, ‘I’m from the government and I’m here to help.’"
