I guess the concept of winning in Afghanistan and Iraq to isolate Iran lacks the necessary pizazz.  I am gratified that some of these government lefties are resisting a replay of what we did to Vietnam, when we bailed out of a winning situation and allowed Hồ Chí Minh's version of the Taliban to slaughter a few million people.  Hot Air for more.

The winning of hearts of minds policy doesn't work in the long run.

If there is to be peace in Afghanistan, we are going to have to whack several of the uncivilized types "pour encourager les autres".

On Fox this AM they were talking about the ~100 D congress that are trying to stop funding in Afghanistan...
April, 1975, here we go again. Sometimes I think Juan Williams reads, but doesn't understand the meanings of specific words...
