Is someone replacing the pill with aspirins in hopes of a new sibling???
At least one state has an attorney general that is not a wimp, and believes the Constitution says what it so clearly says.

Indeed, Rodge,
but they still need to establish the principle (per the Xth) that the legal definition of the crime of homicide is a State, not a Federal, responsibility.
This is totally independent of whether one considers abortion or any other form of birth control wrong. That should be an issue for the States to determine.
The "privacy right" argument is specious at its very core (e.g. a mother may not murder her toddler in private, inconvenient as the little b*st*rd may be). - 8/24/10, 2:31 PM

A Student Loan is an Investment in Your Future

you’re not very different from a business that has borrowed thousands of dollars in start up money.
