The news report is in Spanish; no problemo.  A cab driver named Raphael Vargas was killed.  A witness described the murderer so well that a police sketch artist drew this photo-realistic depiction of the most wanted man in whatever country they were in. [More Epic Police FAILS]

Off topic here, but thank you so much for introducing that -Undercover Boss- show to us via C&S. Tonight's episode for GSI, CEO Michael Rubin, was just one more feel great episode.
.....IF...ONLY....Politician/"LAW MAKERS", would be forced to do the same.
