B-17 Story

Why We WON
When I first saw this on one of the Hitler channels, I was struck by the crew's ability to salvage the old hulk, and put it back into service.  Try that today, I thought, and the EPA, and lawyer brigades would stop it in a heartbeat, as certain elements today conspire to change the American "Can Do" spirit into "You'd better not."  That's conjecture of course; this was real.  It's Why We WON.    Via Theo Spark on a tip from Marc Miller

Rog I was looking for this video a couple of days ago to post on an aviation forum. Saw it on History Channel "Dogfights". Weired it popped up here couple of days later. Thanks anyway. That's a #10 can of Army Air Corps Whup Azz.

My 8 year old son , and I stopped doing his homework to watch this . Midway through the video , He said " LOOK AT ALL THEM JAPS , GET SOME ! " There is hope for the future : ) PS. I happen to be wearing my Browning shirt , and hat today ! SMIBSID
