Yep and that's why MD won't win much. Same goes for my team: Michigan. When Steve Fisher had the team, we had thugs and crimes and all BUT we won one championship and were in the finals of 2 more.
Then the paid players thing comes out and now we have had 3 very nice honorable honest coaches and we've made 1, count them 1 NCAA appearance in 12 years...
It why coaches like Spurrier always wind up back in college after the pros. In the pros players are SUPPOSED to be paid... :) -
