Some day when you have about twelve hours, I'll tell you about my Baltimore restauranteur BIL's struggles with permits, licenses, building and fire inspections, union obstructionists, food and health inspectors, and trying to communicate with dumb as rocks racist petty tyrant bureaucrats that oversee all that stuff.
