About the first picture?

There is no mistaking the 1st pic. Letting a child walk around with exposed fake ones is horrid.
The second could easily be an example of pressing the shutter at the right time to make it look bad.
As a hobbyist photographer, I can see how it would be very easy to use opportunity to create an illusion of inappropriate behavior. -

Both are creep factors. but the rollover? Even the background is crying. Looks like child pron to me. There is nothing unintentional about that shot. It made me sick inside.

I think the roll over was a an innocent enough picture taken 20-30 years ago before we started seeing everything through a "is that a child porn?" filter.
Mermaid dad needs to be smacked upside the head. -
