I thought this Daily
Caller skit was a parody, a joke ...
a put-on. Who will be credited for this election's success...?

The
top names mentioned by the more than two dozen political insiders –
most of them Republicans – were Karl Rove, Haley Barbour and Ed
Gillespie, overshadowing the heads of the campaign committees, Texas
Rep. Pete Sessions and Texas Sen. John Cornyn. Sessions and Cornyn ... .

Fortunately, the piece goes on to blow-off all Republican nabobs as
having little, if any positive impact - save possibly for Jim DeMint. In
truth, the uprising was/is the result of a body politic
combustion waiting to happen, and ignited by Rick Santelli's rant
on CNBC. The only two mentioned with real street cred are
(+)Sarah Palin and (-)Barack Obama. I think that Sarah Palin's
treatment by the GOP, and her subsequent iconoclasticism may have
influenced Santelli. So, to the extent that any one person
deserves singling out, it is she. Long live the revolution.
