Most of the people I know are planning on protesting obamacare by refusing to comply with it. If this happens on a large scale, it's going to be interesting to see the dictator's response.

The .gov will force compliance the old fashioned IRS way.Publicly take down someone with local/national notoriety,people without the means to defend themselves will sign up.
