I saw the sighting-in problem, but wondered why it happened. Pops was supposed to do it? I didn't catch that.
It's been a while, but I had a similar problem with my rifle, which I had sighted in prior to my trip. It turned out that two screws on the underside, which secured the rifle to the stock, came loose along the way. Once tightened, everything was fine again.
That was an embarrassing sequence. She should have said something about it later. If she did I missed it completely.

It's true that you cannot post anything having to do with guns or ammo without drawing some picayune admonition (and I am as guilty as anyone). I think it has something to do with hunter-gatherer racial memory -- wanting to protect our manly turf from poseurs . Sort of like when doctor's use fancy words like "vagina," instead of snatch. -

On next week's show Sarah and Todd are going to club some baby seals.
The same people who regard Sarah's bagging a moose (they call it a snuff film) have no problem with crushing the head of an in vitro child and sucking it out for Biohazard disposal. -

I belive "pops" was carrying that rifle when he took the tumble off the embankment earlier in the program. I commented to myself whether that wouold affect the scopes zero.
And boy, have their heads been explodin'.

The misses could have been edited out of the program. Her leaving them in, to me, indicates she's human. The target practice near the end with the paper plate proved Dad's rifle was way off.
