If the DHS attorney had been practicing law for more than an hour, he would have known to request copies of the documents he decided to "liberate," and they, no doubt, would have been provided.

Speaking of DHS: A friend of mine has worked for TSA for eight years. He's a nice, friendly, outwardly harmless guy, whose staunch, enthusiastic defense of his employer makes me afraid he could become a brownshirt monster in the right environment, because he is totally blind to the Agency's infringement of our personal freedoms and the Kabuki theater aspect of their activities. That there are hundreds of thousands like him in Federal agencies, all with arrest powers, is frightening to me.
