If Mitt Romney is our nominee, I am resigned to a few things.

Four more years of President Training Wheels and his "fundamental transformation"

The very real possibility of seeing donkeys with pots clanking walking our streets and pitch black nights.

Me, sitting out voting for the top of the ticket-even if he picks Col West as his VP.

Romney is the desperate gasp on the part of the North East RINOs to keep control. This is one of the reasons why they are screaming about Florida's decisions to mover their primary time up. It reduces the importance of the early primaries in states like New Hampshire with its comparatively few electoral votes and increases those of states with more electoral votes and those that are more solidly Red. My prediction is that by election time the currently touted N.E. area front runners will be gone. Killed off by a revolt by local state party organizations in defiance of the N.E. national party organization.
The North Easterners have already demonstrated their people loose the general elections.

Look @ what the northeasterners in both parties elect to office.

Two things that make southerners nervous. Ragheads with guns & yankees headed south in a u-haul.

Be wary of Christie. I am not sure we have seen his real beliefs, out in the open. Still, he is the best governor we had in years.. Then again, Satan elected would have been a better governor than are past two governors..

I'd like to see some hard metrics on how much the "credentialed elite" has anymore on public opinion. I know readership has declined for the NYT and WaPO, I also have the feeling that the tactics used in Wisconsin have cost them. The revolts by Red State Governors wouldn't be taking place unless they had solid indicators that their voters would back them up. But I'd still like to see something a bit more concrete.

As long as Romney and Newt and a few others are dancing in front of the cameras the MSM 'Palinators' have no one to take aim at.

Probably the wisest thing the RNC has done in years.
