I'm starting to think BHO has been submarined. This is beyond a bad job. Somehow the brainiac selected to pull the pieces together for POTUS forgot to print a copy and send it through a scanner for an "original" file? Dan Rather did a better job than that. No, I think he caught a torpedo under the water line.

I've been pondering the same thing, but see this scenario. Obama, increasingly pissed off at the storm Trump is generating, tells Valerie Jarrett "Make This Go Away. Now!" So Jarret turns to someone just as smug as she and says "DO IT NOW, and no mistakes!" And that sumbitch does a fair job, except:
1. He forgets to compress all the forged layers into one piece of art, and ...
2). Like his boss, he thinks he's smarter than the cops and decides to, as legions of like-minded criminals have before him, signs the phony check "U. R. Stuck (U.K.L. Lee)."
His body will be found in a Chicago dumpster over the weekend. -

Compare the lineup of the letters "Af" in box 9 with the same letters in box 11. One be different.
How does that happen with be using the same typewriter?
I think someone got the copy from HI officials, but it was one of the reverse images from microfilm, so they prettified it with color and the background green pattern, and then put it back together sloppily.
There is absolutely zero possibility this is the output of a document scan. Period.

Gee you don't think this is phony now do you? The name of the hospital was enough for me to be suspicious. I know very little about "layering" other than it is easy to do and very effective if done correctly. Obviously Valerie and her cohorts are either more incompetent than anybody suspected (not possible) or it was deliberate.
This deflects so much away from the ones agenda and has Trump et al foaming at the mouth. It is a distraction and always was. He might be legit (doubt it) but, he and his ilk make me want him and his whole party to be given the Pol Pot schedule. How about skulls piled up in front of the New York Times of all those wonderful "progressives" and Pinch Schulzberg at the top of the pile. Wouldn't that be a sight?

Kenya did not become a country
until 1963. It was a British protectorate(sp?)until 1963.
I checking I found that as late as
1962 is was NOT called Kenya.

1964 as British East Africa.
