Hood Joe Smith  killed two CIA employees and wounded three more at a stoplight outside of CIA headquarters in Langly, VA. Two men named Joe and Fred Smith arrested in a plot to attack a Seattle military recruiting station, reports the U.S. Justice Department and FBI. And Blah-Blah-Blah-Blah, Joe Smiths You get the point. But really.  Say you're bunkered up, waiting for the attack somewhere in Afghanistan, and your mate is ass-up on his prayer rug doing chants?  What's your confidence level?
