I have wanted one of those Dragunov sniper rifles (7.62 x 54, I believe) for quite some time now.
They are supposed to be remarkably accurate.
And I would, of course, want the matching Krinkov (made famous by OBL, RIP) in the same caliber, although I would settle for the semi-auto version of it.
C'mon Molon, are you really going to shoot something at over 300 yards?
Casca
Melon, A off the rack Remington 700 is far more accurate. Or a Springfield M1A Match. The Druganov's where way over rated when they first appeared. M
Krinkovs are chambered in the smaller 5,45x39...
RAK
Dragnov isn't a sniper rifle it is an assigned infantryman weapon. I own Kalashnikov's version but the weapon is the same caliber.
Get a Mosign, Simo Hayak did remarkably well with one racking up at least 600 kills to the white death.
Plus, the 7.62x54R is a manly-man kinda cartridge, which is its own reason for owning at least several firearms chambered for it!

Looking at a chinese mosign remake. If your shoulder isn't aching you are not shooting enough.
