President Obama's half-brother, who runs a foundation that collects funds in the United States, was able to get approval of a tax-exempt status from the Internal Revenue Service in an unheard-of time period of only a month, records reveal.

Barack Obama's half-brother Abongo Malik Obama, also known as "Roy" Obama, appears to have received the sudden IRS approval to operate as a 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization in only 30 days. The result was made retroactive for three years.

First, crony capitalism -- a major feature of Italian Fascism and German National Socialism, and now crony charity.

This has probably happened in the past, but the lack of shame in this Administration is impressive.

There will never be an Archibald Cox moment in a Democrat administration. They are the epitome of organized criminal conspiracy.

Holder is in a bind. If he leaves the AG spot, he loses his leverage in an F&F fight, so he can't. If he stays, his long slow hanging starts next Summer and runs at least through election day. Odumbass, can't fire him because he knows where the bodies are buried. If I was Holder. I'd stay off airplanes, and beef up my personal security staff.

Well said Casca. Holder finds himself in much the same situation as Ron Brown did during the Clinton Terror, i.e. under criminal investigation by an independent counsel.  Clinton solved his problem with  a plane trip

Brigadier Mike mentioned Italian Fascism and German National Socialism. We need to remember what happened to their leaders near the end of WWII. Mussolini and his mistress, Clara Pecatti, were executed by Partisans and hung upside down from a city gate in Milan. Hitler and his mistress, Eva Braun, committed suicide and were cremated.

His Nibs was raised in Indonesia where this kind of petty corruption doesn't even raise eyebrows. I'm sure the Indonesian govt is envious of how he managed to steal GM and 1.3 trillion dollars, though. That's getting up towards real money.
