is more forthright about chances of doing things piecemeal, but
after their (ahem) - "victory" - in the debt ceiling fight, Mitch and
Boner need to say "no mas," not ask if "Obama is
really intent on bipartisanship." He's not. He's a
cornered commie. He's an trapped insurgent. He's
