Karma Electric Car Hoax

GREEN CRAP

Fisker Karma Electric Car Gets Worse Mileage Than an SUV

The Fisker Karma electric car, developed mainly with your tax money so that a bunch of rich VC’s wouldn’t have to risk any real money, has rolled out with an nominal EPA MPGe of 52.

Not bad?  Unfortunately, it’s a sham.  This figure is calculated using the grossly flawed EPA process that substantially underestimates the amount of fossil fuels required to power the electric car ... [Full]

Nobody has tested more electric cars than BBC's Top Gear. Admittedly the show is up-front about it's disdain for the "Global Warming" hoax, and that extends to the whole stupid Green movement.  Some of the cars they've tested are pretty damned impressive, although if they were being sold the price would exceed £100,000.  Anyway, it's not just the United States that's delivering crap, as Jeremy Clarkson's test of India's G-WIZ electric showed. (LOL)

A sham? Who would ever have thought that? In a similar story, we learn that the range of the much ballyhooed Volt isn't much of an improvement over the Roberts - an electric vehicle built in 1896. Both can go 40 miles on a full charge.
