I dunno. A hinging, spring-loaded diagonal brace with a foot pad and an ammo box rack should make it functional.
The welds look a little sloppy and should be x-rayed. A little ZRC and the entire assembly would look more professional.
Is that schedule 40, or schedule 80 pipe? -
