Not going to happen. No way, no how. The judge overruled a ruling from another judge. His will be overturned the same way.

oh he will appeal....if he doesnt he will soon start HAVING to show legal and valid documentation.....NOT GONNA HAPPEN.

He just has to tap dance another year. After January 2013, it's moot in any case. Unless, of course, somebody decides to go after his Presidential retirement benefits on the grounds that he was never legally President. How cool would that be?
