Chicago Most Corrupt



Chicago Called Most Corrupt City In Nation

 

In the late 70's a friend with access cited a similar FBI report that pegged Prince George's County, MD as more corrupt than even Cook County (Chicago).  So, PG County, you'll have to step it up, if that's possible (shudder).
