It was probably 3% milk or half and half.

The quickest way to get OC resin off of you is to use something with fat or oil in it to dissolve the resin.

Milk or cream works very well, doesn't make a mess, and is not a health hazard.

If you ever expect to get peppersprayed, soak a washcloth on 3%, and put it in a ziplock bag.
