Creaming of a president's trousers

White creamy stuff deposited on a president's clothing. Certified: nothing added to this picture.   Obama is seen here wiping white creamy stuff from off his trousers. The picture was evidently snapped by Andrew Kaczynski, a young man from San Francisco who makes his living as a muck-raker.  Lately he's been selling dirt, old quotations, and anything else that might embarrass GOP presidential  aspirants,  to various internet sites.  He appears to have considerable interest in  gay issues.  In this Tweet Andrew (not Andy) claims that the "white cream"  was somehow spewed on Obama by an unidentified woman eating yogurt.  There is no mention of the tiny silver spoon.  I know what you're thinking, and no.  There has been no hint whatever of any oral history involving Obama and a woman.
