The bigger problem here in Florida is the millions of rust-belt retirees who still vote for Democrats reflexively because of their past union memberships. Same as the Californians moving to the western states and trying to turn them into the same failure they left. The silver lining in the housing bust and lousy economy is that many of them are having to go home. Maybe enough to offset the 180,000 illegal voters.
179,999. I am now fully documented.
BTW, unlike Vermont, they make us show photo ID when voting here.

And do not forget the Snow Birds who winter in Florida or the outer state college students. They are able to vote once in each state by the miracle of absentee ballots.
Thank God for the Electoral College!

It's long past time to make the voter registration databases NATIONAL instead of state-run and cross-referenced to photos, driver's licences and Social Security numbers.
One person, one vote and VERIFIED!
(BTW there was a blurb in our local Florida county's paper last week reminding the Snowbirds to pick up their absentee voter ballots before they went back home as the season is ending... yeah like that's not encouraging voter fraud....)

Not so sure I want the .FED gorping up THAT process, too.
I do think a tax document saying you actually contributed to the treasury should be requisite for casting a ballot in congressional elections.
I'm real tired of politicians pandering to those that don't contribute to the budget. Around my house, if you don't pay into the budget, you don't get a deciding voice in how it gets spent. Silly me...
