Freschetta Pizza - Best Ever

When MoSup is away, as she is now, I live on frozen pizza, hot dogs, salad, and black beans out of the can. Last night I had this Freshetta pizza, and IMO it was the best frozen pizza I ever had, and maybe the best pizza period! — except for Ledo Pizza made the right way (Columbia, MD only) .The perfect accompaniment, of course, are anchovies. Hucker gets them for me by the 28 oz. can, and they are delish.

I-RIGHT-I said...: I still like that Chef Boi'ardi or whatever it's called. Pizza dough, cheese and sauce in the box you add the rest. Not as easy as frozen pizza but still worth the effort.

Now I'm lazy and buy them fresh and uncooked from the HEB grocery here in town. Not bad at all once you add some extra goodies.

I've lost 20 lbs in the past 3 months on my pizza, beer and chocolate chip cookie diet. Damn, I'm hungry now.; 5/18/12, 11:58 AM
Anonymous said...: Having learnt real good to harken unto the wisdom of Dear Leader Rog, at least when it comes to food, I'm willing to give 'em a go. But, after Papa Murphy's come to town, I haven't had a delivery pizza that even came close to Pappa's. Heck of a lot cheaper, too.
