The address refers to the registrant for the URL obamaphone.net, indicating the address of the person or corporation that is responsible.
IOW, who put up the site.
Back when, I used swhois, but don't know if it even flies any more. Smart Whois... I think it got bombarded, and they sort of hid their link for info searching.
