It's not clear what these people are about. If it's a dragnet after a kidnapping, bank robbery, etc., that's one thing. However, now that the provisional wing of the Obamunista (aka TSA gone wild) are let loose by Kommander Napolitano- on all forms of transportation (even walking)- it's another.

Juxtapose this with Eric Holder's war on Arizona's (and other state's rife with illegal aliens) law letting local police ask drivers, including Aztecs, detained for traffic violations for identification.

Enough is enough. Whoever that guy in the video is, he's a good role model. Thanks to Tom Smith for getting my blood moving this morning.

I used to travel in China when it was far more restricted than it is now. What I saw there was less intrusive than what I see in that video.

A few years ago they pulled a pastor from his car threw him to the ground and cuffed him for doing exactly what this man did; refusing to suborn his civil rights for the convenience of the Feds.
He was exonerated in court.

When we have completed a mile wide swath of electric fences, land mines, auto-turrets, and bait traps across the entire Mexican border.

We spent 2 months on our honeymoon touring the Southwest and went through plenty of the checkpoints. It was a little scary at first being surround by combat-ready agents. But with 2 women in a Miata, we were always waved through in less than a minute. Instead of giving the Border Patrol a hard time, we thanked each and every one of them for keeping us safe and encouraged them to be vigilant.

Bullshit on that. You lose all your Constitutional Rights when an illegal shoots you dead. There are plenty of Democrats willing to pick up illegals, drive them beyond the border check points, feed, bathe, and clothe them too. We met them in our travels, and figuring us for fellow moonbats, shamelessly told their stories of helping illegals get deep into America.

AZ/NM/TX is war zone complete with an entrenched 5th column. We need layers and more layers of defense before we cede the state back to Mexico. Since BarryO has control of them, the public lands along the border are already gone, unsafe for Americans. I be thinkin that the politically correct attitude that says "No Profiling Allowed" is the root of this concern.{argument?}
I guess they exist, but a blue-eyed, blond couple in a late model Accord are VERY unlikely to be terrorists or hauling 'splosives 'n' weapons. Trunk is too small for carry-on people. BUT, the TSA and ICE 'officers' are required to inquire as to citizenship etc in the name of PC and non-discrimination.
Sorry. Discrimination is NOT a bad word. We do it every day when we choose between Maxwell House and Folgers, or for the elite, Starbucks and Caribou Coffee. Everyone discriminates. It is only common sense. When did it become illegal or intrusive to use common sense? When the {watch Chuck chime in} lawyers learned there is a pile of moolah to be made in lawsuits claiming same...
We are ALL inconvenienced when we travel because of terrorism. We all have to spend more money and time, discard tons{actual} of pen knives, throw away drinks, and 'liquids greater than 3 oz', and any beverages we happen to be sipping. I do not travel by air any more as TSA is a sham. There are no directives to 'take your shoes off and put them in a tray', nor 'remove all from your pockets, or put carry on into the scanner. It is just assumed that the sheeple will watch what everyone else is doing and do the same. If you demur or hesitate for any ANY reason, you WILL get personal attention, and from what I read, personal inspection... No thanks.
In the vid, saying, "No, I don't want to do that, I just want to get on about my business" is close to inviting the "grunt crowd" to spring into action and 'invite' you out of your car onto the pavement. I actually do not know what is allowed, what is not allowed, and what is definitely a civil rights violation. May be we need some edjumukashun...
