The smell of pardon is why a state prosecution in a red state is the way to go. Obama would not have pardon authority.

Good post anon. I was not aware that the president cannot pardon a person for violations of any federal civil laws or state criminal or civil laws.

I suspected anon was full of obama.
I spent the morning watching a show on the aftermath of the Civil War in the South. There were seven years of mayhem, open battles and murderous thuggery perpetrated by the Klan (democrats), and openly fought by the Radical Republicans. The worst of it only ended when Grant sent the cavalry in in 1872. We need to retell our story.
