Several years ago a nursing home in the Detriot area was gonna unionize. The residents were mostly retired auto workers (UAW) and they pitched a fit. They knew what that meant. To me it seemed like justice.

That's funny Tim. I have always said that if the drilling (oil and gas) had ever unionized there would have been $5.00 gas long ago.

Not that there is anything wrong with your premise, but the Book Cadillac is a bad example. It has been lavishly restored and is now a Westin Hotel.
