Don't count on a punitive will being observed. Judges love to undo those.

Either give it away before you die, of put your inheritance into things that have a beneficiary listed on death.

Listening to those reverse mortgage ads I always thought that the kids would lose out to the mortgage holder. Now, from Steve's comment, I see that it's a feature, not a bug.
