Ain't funny. DC's Dalecarlia Water Treatment Plant (which is actually in Maryland) has its own Fire Department. The Glen Echo Fire House is less than 2 miles away.

Um...Federal reserve have had their own police for a long time. There's a reserve sorting/distribution center a few miles from my house(they replace old worn out bills and such). The FRPD have been standing guard and inspecting vehicles entering and leaving the facility as long as I can remember.
