My wife was clinically depressed, and I studied up on it quite a bit. There are over 400 separate clinical psychiatric disorders that medicare or other insurance will pay to have treated. No matter who you are, you have at least five of them. More are being...discovered? recognised? faked up? every year. If I wanted to go on medicaid as a malingerer, it would be easy. I'm sure you could, too, with a bit of study.
