The Odds the Obama was Legitmately elected? 92-1

Res Ipsa Loquitor

During Mark McGwire’s record setting 70 home run season of 1998, it was easy to see something was wrong. His prior season high record was 49 in his rookie year at age 23, whereafter he hit 32, 33, 39, 22, 42 (at age 28), 9, 9, 39 (at age 31), 52 (at age 32), 58 (at age 33), and 70 at age 34. He then hit 65, 35, and 32 home runs at age 35, 36, and 37 respectively. Never in the history of Baseball had players exceeded their 20 s highs by 43%. Indeed, a ball player’s peak years are ages 24-28, and thereafter decline is fairly rapid and steep. Unless they use steroids.

Creating the 4 million votes needed would have been more expensive, old school ways generally are. But consider that 4 million times $25 would amount to $100 million, and $50 million a vote would amount to $200 million, that’s definitely not a stretch for a campaign that raised over $1 billion.

The same is true for Obama. Sure, I’d believe a very heavy, Black/Hispanic turnout could give him a victory over Romney. But …
  • Record Romney crowds and a quarter of the people attending Obama’s rallies in the same places as four years ago?
  • Or polls showing a slight Romney lead in both swing states and nationally, with a Democrat plus six weighting?
  • When 2010 had basically even party turnout?
  • Or Obama being the first President EVER re-elected with a lower turnout and percentage of the vote than his election?
  • Or Obama being the first Democrat elected with a lower turnout (nearly 20 million fewer voters) than the prior election?
  • Or Obama being the first President re-elected with unemployment over 7% since FDR?
  • Or Obama winning re-election with only 38% of White voters, down from 43% in 2008, in a 75% White turn-out (remember lower turnouts are more White).
Or Obama getting 303 electoral votes … but the Republicans holding onto the House?
Or Romney doing better than McCain in every demo group but Hispanics, and there doing only 2% worse, while Hispanic turnout was LOWER than in 2008?

That’s like asking me to believe that McGwire hit his record home runs clean.

So what were Obama’s steroids? [Obama Balco - Full Article]

Somebody in an earlier post questioning the efficacy of this election commented "Poor Loser."  Which is what the Baltimore Sun and MD Democrats cried in unison when  Ellen Sauerbray petitioned her mugging by the simple expedient of— in-a-flash! finding enough "new ballots" to steal her Governorship.   In Minnesota, it doesn't matter that a few hundred Dems have been jailed for voter fraud; Al Franken is still "Senator Al Franken".

I don't the  Blue Machine even worry about being caught anymore. They understand that, like in football,  once the ball is snapped, the previous play is non-reviewable.  For them, snapping the ball means media acceptance of an election result, without question.  In-a-flash!

I ask but a simple question. Who is there to Oversee the outcome of a vote? Without Voter ID laws, I could cross the border and vote.

It probably is under the same people that allow "the Pretender", The Manchurian candidate, to still be in office.

Never heard of before a PUBLIC SERVANT NOT being totally vetted to lead their nation and be Commander in Chief before being handed the job.

People are stupid but this is negligence on somebody.

This is criminal.
So who is ENFORCING THE LAW of the land?

Simple question.
Who?

Canadian Conservative

I want to know how multiple precincts in Cuyahoga county, Ohio could go 100% for Obama without fraud.

Man, you guys are slow!

O'Bummer's best friend IS the mitten...a real "CHUM"...by the way,
read up on Brigham Young's pervy buddies and their meaning for the word "chum"

Mitten practically kicked out the Tea Party from the repug's convention,
destroyed Newt and Sarah Palin and nobody saw anything?

Hussein will make sure Romney and his Latter Day "Saints"
will "challenge" him for the next ten "elections"...

And you can count on something "happening" to Harper anytime soon
from "Dear Leader"...He's a big fan of Putin, remember...

Wabano, put the crack pipe down.

I am not sure what you mean by Chum, Urban dictionary and google comes up blank. Sounds like you have been listening to rumors again. I believe that it was Lincoln that said "I don't like that man. I must get to know him better." Sounds like you haven't taken the time to get to know those "Saints".

Anywho.. Just about any LDS person that you would meet would be adamant against Democrats, except for recent converts and Harry Reid. Romney didn't lose because the Mormons fixed it for Obama, Utah votes overwhelmingly Conservative. Your message is getting lost in your bigotry. I think it is more reasonable that people like you voted against the Mormon, or didn't vote at all. Now 4 more years of captain 0. Thank you for that.

Romney could have overcome the massive Dem vote fraud in 2012 if conservatives and libertarians had voted for him. There was massive Dem vote fraud in 2000 and 2004, too.

What is sad is that they stayed home because Romney wasn't perfect.

Tip 1: no politician is perfect.

Tip 2: because Ogabe got a second term, the whole country is moved left and the 2016 choice will be even worse.

It really is striking how some of my fellow libertarians use incoherent, hateful, and unhinged language in justifying not voting for Romney. I think the guilt is beginning to sink in.

WABANO; wow man, that's pretty bizarre crap your spouting. Off your meds?

Mitt Romney wasn't my 8th choice but I voted for him. I just can't understand how McCain could get 2 million more votes. If it were fraud, I trust that Holder will get to the bottom of it. If not, then everyone who stayed home voted for Obamacare. And wrt to the LDS: I am one of those chumps who is glad that the Constitution forbids a religious test for office.

From WSJ "Lessons of Defeat" by Rove

Turnout dropped by 7.9 million voters, falling to 123.6 million this year from 131.5 million in 2008. This is the first decline in a presidential election in 16 years. Only 51.3% of the voting-age population went to the polls.
*********
**so a 'mandate' to raise taxes on the "Rich" is 50.1% of 51.3% or 25.7% ... I doan theen so...
*********
While the Democratic "ground game" was effective, President Barack Obama received 90.1% of his 2008 total while Gov. Mitt Romney received 98.6% of Sen. John McCain's vote. Neither party generated a higher turnout nationally.
***
** so the "weak" candidate Romney pulled more of his people, percentage wise, than the **'winner'
**He just didn't pull quite enough. How many more were left? 1.4% of his turnout... is that enough **to win? No. I don't think so. I think he still lost if he got 100%.

Here:rove
I am of the opinion that with "early voting" there were MANY days of vans scouring the city for anything they could scrape up to stand on their feet long enough to "vote". Add that to the normal fraud in cities, and it was enough to make educated, thoughtful voters impotent. A tiny bit of no-show, some electronic or paper fraud, added to scrape the barrel clean tactics was enough. Throw in the four years of hateful propaganda to gin up the Tribes: LBGT, Pro-choice fears, Bible Thumpers Will ..., and you have ignorant voters who were fearful of the R. Just enough.
Divisive politics that may lead to a Pyrrhic victory. Rule over the junkyard. Hungry and unemployed, just like FDR did, likely he did it accidently, but this was no accident.

I've put my two cents in already, but here is another $0.02:

Party apparatchiks do not get the vote out.

Polished corporate folks do not get the vote out.

People who stand behind the pulpit ( instead of sitting in the congregation ) do not get the vote out.

Romney was all three.

You might be a Democrat if you need somebody to get your sorry ass out to vote. People voting Republican - and I say this as a registered independent - are supposed to show some initiative.

I-RIGHT-I said...

"What is sad is that they stayed home because Romney wasn't perfect."

They stayed home because he wasn't a conservative. They stayed home because he's a religious cult leader. They stayed home because the fix was in at the GOP and Obama was scheduled for 4 more years and everybody knew it.

They stayed home because watching the decline on TV is just as good as being there and the GOP needs to be allowed to destroy itself.

Sorry, I-RIGHT-I, but the LDS has been around long enough to not be a cult anymore.

They gave up violent behavior, and do their best to present a respectable front and act civilized.

You CAN call then heretics, if you want.

Now Islam ... as far as I am concerned, those a-holes are still at the violent cult stage.
