The problem is most of those economic emigrants bring their stupid ideology with them and infect their new states. If it keeps the Klownifornians trapped, maybe it's not a bad idea.

Can't you see it coming? Retired military, living, in places overseas, getting retroactive tax claims from home states. Plus, I have an uncle who retired from public service in San Francisco...I can just see CA and SF coming for his back taxes because he didn't pay an exit tax. Sheesh. Beam me up Scotty, there ain't no intellejunt life on this planet.
